Fired for no reason

My partner was dismissed in the Chickfila within the Biltmore Square Mall nowadays since she's operating two careers. Nick Leatherwood stated that she lied to him but she did not since after Nick offered my partner a pay increase She stated that she'd keep in touch with her next work of course if they'd not work-around her routine at Chickfila she'd stop. Nick believes that she was stopping but her next work really caused her routine. Nick dismissed her for no reason. The majority of us nowadays need to function two careers due to the crisis. Actually Nickis second guy Josh worked two careers at Lowes and Chickfila and he didn't get dismissed. Why must my partner get dismissed. She's to function two careers since she's an automobile cost, insurance, as well as help using the expenses at her parents home. Her mother can't function due to a shattered foot. And so I won't help Chickfila anymore due to what Nick Leatherwood did.
