General Manager Harassment

Okay I've worked at Sonic Drive-In for 5 years and anything was good till we got a brand new general manager. He arrived in and simply handled everyone terrible. Usually shouting. It wasn't a great atmosphere to perform in. He'd discuss women like these were simply gadgets. Onetime he explained he employed a woman simply because she'd an ass. And he employed another woman since she'd good thighs. That made me so unpleasant. Something I'll always remember may be the sexual harassment I suffered there. I had been strolling back again to the cooler to obtain some outlines to reduce, he was doing anything within the back and that I go out of the fridge minding my very own company and he was behind me and he started my buttas hard as he might. Think about throwing a soccer-ball as hard while you may and that is how hard he started me. I'd a bruise 24 hours later. Their shop is certainly going downhill and he's accusing it on everyone but herself. He schedules herself to function and wont show up, or he'll show up 2 hours later-after a large hurry after which he gets created about how exactly instances are large when it had been really his problem for not showing up. I believe instant action must occur or even more women are likely to experience more unpleasant and also the shop is simply likely to fundamentally near it's that slow.
