Bullying

Our buddy's child only got employment in the Publix wherever I applied to function. I had been so badly bullied by my supervisor along with other workers that I used in another shop. I obtain less intimidation in the new-store that will be just completed in my experience by an associate supervisor plus one worker.in the beginning I believed, oh it should be since I'm extremely sensitive. But I then found out that her child was therefore bullied and terrorized during her first week of work-in the Deli that she was arriving home crying and frustrated. She was thus humiliated and changed that she could not encounter the shop administration to decide so she simply did a no-show no-call. I informed her to remain and place it out and finally another person might arrive and also the intimidation will be moved to a different worker but she simply could not psychologically hold inside. I've never been thus humiliated and changed as employed by a business the kind of Publix. Is there a discrimination, aggressive work place, violent language, harassment and/or sexual harassment suit available? I would like to know. I have got enough proof on report and accepted to from the responsible workers in my own document to show everything.
