I'm a former worker of the Stanley Steemer department in Indiana. The corporation must be researched so far as the way the pay their workers. First, we're not compensated on an hourly basis, like the majority of people believe. We're paid on the fee schedule. I began being an associate towards the team chiefs.indicating my proportion of fee Is 10% on each work. But you can find conditions. If your client requires a upgrade, I don't receive money for that even when it's employment that I had beennot actually related to. We don't receive money for that occasions we're within the truck, that will be usually nearly all your day. Additionally, the widespread bias and misogyny was unmanageable. I'm not unhappy but I really could no further consider this atmosphere anymore.
