Teller Refused to Hold Check While I Fed Parking Meter

I went to cash a check, but I needed 25 cents to put into the meter. I signed the check, swiped my card, entered my PIN number, and asked for a quarter and to go outside, saying I would be right back. The clerk refused to do this. I asked if the other girl was there. "No." With this attitude there was no excuse for it. I will get a ticket. I will not return to this bank again. Just give me my money (the check I'm cashing). She closed the account. What! I did not say that. I left upset. This is unacceptable.
