Lack of concern for clients

We've been a customer of the organization they purchased for nearly ten years. Simply previously 4 weeks have we began having difficulties with shipping and an attitude when they simply don't care if I'm a customer or not. Their divisions possess a disconnect between them-and this last moment I've needed to delay a good week without obtaining my paycheck. I eventually needed to declare I'm not taking it. I've built telephone calls and today no body will-call me back. If this is actually the method they would like to do business, they have to walk out business. Faithful clients aren't compensated they're tried and that I think the corporation is not worth anybodyis time.
