Bad service from company

Hair locs is just a business I visited to get a course that costs 1300$ and so I might do extensions for my clients. At first I had been happy with hair locs. My customers were pleased too. Lately they've gotten careless... Delivering hair towards the wrong individual, or obtaining purchases combined up. Recently I received an order for my customer which was suppossed to become inventory hairTHICK... I began my customer and recognized the hair was really thin. I examined my order to determine easily had created a mistake. But I'd NOT created an error, they'd billed my customer for heavy hair and it clearly wasn't. I needed to deliver my customer absent and reschedule her. She was exceedingly annoyed also it made me appear so bad. I fed-ex the hair back again to "Hair Locs" (which cost me more income 35$) and so I could easily get the brand new thick hair back prior to the subsequent weekend. I talked with hair locs mon and there reaction to me was I had been incorrect the hair was fine. I do extensions monthly and that I USUALLY use thick inventory hair. It was obviously NOT heavy! I had been so-so acutely angry and dissatisfied they did not simply give my demand & deliver me the correct hair I'd ordered. I actually delivered an example of heavy hair that I'd from before. It appeared to me they do not worry about there clients or our customers or there status simply because they were not good or attempting to assist me at all. It may seem like they simply need cash and don't worry about the client. I am so annoyed I got this course in the place of another hair-extension company. I sense I had been scammed of my 1300$... Guidance for the company is Support your faithful clients. Dont stab them within the back and tear them down and handle them-like they will have accomplished anything wrong. Just repair the problem and maintain your customers content... Our customer is furious with me and today believes Hair Locs is just a very unproffesional organization...
