A couple weeks before, I went purchase a Turtle Beach Headset, comprehending that there have been two different types (Wired/Instant), I desired to purchase the one which was Born to conserve time and price of buying countless levels of Batteries. I requested the Store-Manager, he showed me a $200 Turtle Beach Headset, guaranteed me that it was born, therefore I purchased. Once I returned home, I recognized that it had been not Instant, it needed Batteries to function... Therefore, I delivered it, plus they declined to provide me my money-back, and sometimes even provide a trade in discount for another purchase. To get a Store-Manager to appear you within the attention and guarantee you that the item is what it is said to be, and rest is simply wrong. I am out $200, and also the charges for purchasing batteries.

On another event merely recently, I called-up exactly the same Gamestop to determine when they had a particular sport, the Worker stated "Yes, we do." I told them to put on it for me personally, then went up there to choose it-up, just for them to express "No, we-don't contain it in-stock. Your computer said we'd one... But evidently we-don't, sorry guy."

GameStop Worker's have to step-up their SPORT for pitty's benefit. They'll not be receiving anymore acquisitions from me... Do something positive about this.
