This retailers workers are beyond rude. I'd bought a photograph body from another shop while on holiday. Once I came home I recognized the wooden part was damaged. I visited one hour 5 for this shop (the nearest open to me) to come back the body. I had been informed that I'd to come back towards the shop it had been purchased from and that I actually was "simply being lazy." After all of the shop I'd purchased from was just 4 hours away. No-where within the shops plan does this principle occur. I did so publish a towards the businesses site but haven't noticed an answer. I'll never look here again. This can be a little shop in a little city that's simply demonstrated why people go larger cities and larger shops to complete their buying.
