Separate driver... Rental from CR England switched vehicle in at the conclusion of his agreement... Obtained negotiation inside the 45-day time period. Per month later he was informed he owed $5000 plus to England. The vehicle he made in continued a visit to WA and identification and was within an accident, another person went ther vehicle and had the accident... Are they insane??? They kept his last salary towards spending the $5000... Is the fact that AUTHORIZED??? Department of Work??? Any recommendations??? Please ASSIST
