I puchased a House Theater Program this month in the Warren shop, 10-mile & Van Dyke. When I opened the container I relized the machine have been exposed, there is batteries within the distant and all of the plastic was down. And so I got it back again to the shop whilst the small salesman had assured me it had been not really a used system plus they had no further within the store. So we got it house 24 hours later my spouse used 3 hours operating cables and configuring it to locate a DVD within the program. And so I named and spoke towards the supervisor and was informed to maintain the main one we'd and he'd purchase us a brand new one also it could be in by Wensday. Wensday it wasn't there and was informed we'd need to wait until Friday or we're able to generate to a different shop a pick it up. I feel it was so rude, I also work-in retail and that I understand not all clients are right-but easily understood by Wensday the product wasn't there, my organization might have had somebody inside the shop to-go select it-up and also have it within the shop for that client. Iwill not store the Warren shop again, Bestbuy can get my income.
