I feel I was discrimminated against but store manger

I began operating at Walgreens on October 31st.in the beginning I really loved working there, and experienced I had been preferred by my other colleagues and administration team. I had been ill several times in November plus one which I'd an IM release observe that I model of backup of & offered to my manger. I had been informed that it had been good & they wished I improved. I got ill again in Feb two times in AROW and was informed within the telephone when I named in again I'd be dismissed. I visited the IM again that subsequent week in serious discomfort & visited function 24 hours later with little to no rest but still in discomfort since we'd a-5 second assembly that mentioned what their new plan was for ill leave also it mentioned part-time has just 3 times annually and when employed you cannot have anymore as well as a physicians notice wouldn't excuse you. I had beennot feeling nicely while at the office on Feb 18th and so I requested the manger on-duty easily got the remainder of the vehicle set aside easily might keep early and he or she mentioned it was good. Among the additional workers discovered I had been departing early and that I was within the back stock-room placing points aside after I notice the manger had a phone. Five minutes later she returned stating easily quit I'd be created up since she keep in touch with the shop manger who had beennot on-duty and he explained I'd be created up which every other period I actually do this or I'd be dismissed at that moment. Our entire 6 months of operating there, a number of other workers have named in when I did and-or remaining early becuase these were ill or simply simply because they desired to and existed beyond city and were never created up or threaten to get rid of their careers. I'm unhappy using the organization Walgreens since not once did the shop manger arrived at me and inform me I had been performing a poor work or keep in touch with me about why I had been being designated. The only real individual who explained something was among the assistant mangers after I named and stated I had been stopping since I did not wish to work with a business that does not worry about their people or discriminates against one individual since they're fresh and do not deserve exactly the same therapy whilst the additional workers who've work-there longer.
