DON'T perform below if you don't appreciate: high-stress, layoffs, poor people management, challenging customers, high-sales return, partial management, nepotism, decreasing customer support, poor marketing methods, bad pay when compared with industry-standard. Unrealistic objectives, planning and delivery by operator and his partner. Operator brought dictatorship that attempts to seem like a democracy. Operator dislikes change but needs improvement. Wishes revenue but doesn't help sales initiatives. Wishes technological improvement but doesn't permit sufficient time for you to complete tasks. Operator doesn't benefit technical team. Wishes others to handle but won't permit them to produce choices. Operator has hardly any regard for workers, gossips about employees in conferences. Bogus sensation of group work. I worked there greater than a year and most people are fairly unhappy - some good people working there though.
