Rude employees

I had been returning something to switch for another size. The associate didn't recognize me within an acceptable time she extended speaking with another affiliate before she recognized my existence. After i delivered them i bought the right size and was leaving the store after i noticed the worker waving them i'd returned in the air and laughing using the other affiliates aloud in the shop. I almost stopped in those days to speak for the director but i had been so disappointed and embarrassed that i chose to just call from my car. I told the supervisor what had simply happended and she said she'd look after it. She didn't ask my title, defeat my quantity, or ask if there is other things she could do for me personally; a letter of appology might have been atleast provided. This really is rude behavior and that i do not have to look there and that i don't
