I recently bought a product at Petco In middletown NY. After I returned home them didn't match my puppy. I returned to switch it for that right-size and was informed Really rudely from the supervisor) i required the bill and he might do-nothing! I looked up their return policy also it stated without having a bill I had been eligible for a level trade or perhaps a gift-card! I named the primary workplace and was informed the criticism could be submitted I waited three times and noticed nothing. I named them back and was informed to return towards the shop and have for that general director Anthony (who incidentally is equally as rude whilst the remainder of these)! MILO the supervisor who declined to assist me TODAY declined to site the GM! House i went really annoyed and named the primary office once more. The GM declined to keep in touch with me he explained i stated nwegative reasons for having the shop YES I DID SO I had been never handled thus badly in my own existence by anybody! Petco must reevaluate their workers and employ people who wish to assist the clients NOT provide them with difficulty! You will find plenty of individuals unemployed BUT that one shop DOESN'T worry about the customers-they simply need a pay-check! For the Animals wants DON'T VISIT PETCO!!!
