Retaliation

I had been attacked at work and racially harassed by my CrossMark retail boss.

I noted it soon after it occur to the area boss by webmail and five times passed and he or she didn't react to my criticism. I delivered her another notice simply to be retaliated against and he or she confronted to fire me easily got time-off to cope with the problem. I approached time since I needed to document a proper criticism of racial harassment and retaliation and that I was refused that right and also the following day I had been dismissed. I understand my civil rights was broken and we can not permit the misuse of expert to carry on on these careers.
