The al table of nursing IsN't reasonable to workers. Once the employer documents a problem agaisnt your permit they interrupt your lifetime for nearly 2 or 3 decades & just @ the finish they think the company. I had been dismissed 01/08 from having a & drop incident at work, I dropped on my leg that was damanged poorly. Parkwood permitted me to work with 30 days after I acquired the x-rays from my physician. While my company appeared @ degree of my damanges on my leg they dismissed me on 11/08. I had been employed on 11/07. All though I had been dismissed I had been authorized to get personnel compensation of $373 regular. 30 days after I had been dismissed & getting my impairment, I obtained a in the al board of nursing. They didn't place exactly what the criticism was about. Then your investgator explained the criticism was about, me providing medication to individuals incorrectly. He advised me the criticism was submitted fourteen days once they dismissed me. He explained they're blaming me of placing medication on individuals meals treys, I told him I had been permitted to proceed to provide medicine to individuals actually about the evening I had been dismissed. I expected him why was I permitted to proceed to provide medicine after being charged of the & why I had beennot dismissed that evening, I understand It Is all lies. Since they're after me due to the workers compensation. Understand I get a notice from my attorney they're providing me two choices, Its clearly they're thinking parkwoodis tale. Simply because they need me to possibly plead guilty or demand a reading. I'm not pleading guilty since all of the lies parkwood Is informing the panel. I'm battling this. That might be fairly stupid for me personally to acknowledge shame that will acknowledging to It that's silly. I'm likely to obtain a reading. Parkwood IsN't likely to escape with attempting to damage my profession. Then your panel claims I have to have a course on the best way to provide medication to individuals I'm not getting this program, I've been providing medication to individuals for that previous two decades. I've never had a problem agaisnt my permit, but I'm not likely to allow parkwood escape with filing bogus charges. I'll combat this towards the very end. Even When this means no longer working includes a nurse, I actually donot care to function includes a nurse after what parkwood Is placing me put.
