Att dismissed 500 field tecnicians in florida all of the places in florida are providing appts 5 to seven days out. The clients are shouting in the workers non-stop concerning the the appointents. Att doesnt worry about the strain it's creating for their workers or clients. They expect us to deal with these contact under 280seconds. Or even the administrators are harassing us continuously plus were are required to request the client if they're really pleased at the conclusion of the phone call once the visits are 5 to seven days out. To create things worse all of the clients that call-in have recurring difficulty plus they need to delay another 3 times to obtain a technology out. And there are lots of missed appoitments. The main point here is att doesnt worry about there clients or workers. Eveyday i move in I believe about quiting.
