Fair Scheduling

I've a store-manager who's being in my own perception, unjust towards me. She claims I'm slower at performing duties on the ground, which is really a couple of "Betty Crocker" in my own guide and many others aswell. Therefore, she schedules me More evenings and breaks today. Was previously one-night per week or perhaps a weekend. Others have greater agendas than I. They just function one weekend evening and all times or one-night within the week! She sets me on the weekend evening and today a couple of evenings?! I've been using the organization 15yrs! She provides me no additional jobs within the shop, only checkout! What an insult! I notice FAVORATISM!!
