Unfair Employee Termination

Our boy was ended recently from Mike's Membership in Franklin, TN. He was out for just two night changes a week ago to become the very best guy in his only brother's wedding. He discovered anyone to consider his changes and obtained authorization from the supervisor. That subscription turned up for both changes. While my boy delivered to function, the granting supervisor had quit the shop and delivered to Mike's membership in Vegas plus they dismissed my boy for just two no-call, no-show changes. They mentioned he obtained authorization in the incorrect supervisor. Not believe that supervisor might have informed him that??? Imagine not. The store-manager has declined to determine him or talk to him to describe what occurred and he didn't obtain a spoken or written notice. No second opportunity here. He'd been a worker for nearly 1 5 years, 3 exceptional evaluations and salary increases. I actually donot realize and we're really confused. You'd believe Walmart and Mikeis might wish to maintain good-and reliable workers. I'll never store together again - regardless of how reduced their costs might be.
