We need better management

I've worked in the DG in my own city for over annually today. I still work-there, and that I am in college in a nearby university full time. I maintain my work since around here particularly, careers are extremely difficult to find. I've not many grievances with my job itself, I really do not mind my work. I really like to connect to people, and that I nearly know-all of my clients by title. The pay truly hurts, but apart from that it's employment. Our store-manager, however, appears really sexist. Within the last year I've worked there, we've had atleast 4 new individuals employ in, none which are male. We've an all-female team aside from my store-manager who's a man. All the women he employees are, nicely, small and fairly. All of the period they don't actually do their careers. I don't mind spending so much time, but occasionally the vans and raising gets tough. We've women who can't raise because of maternity yet others who simply decline. I understand lots of men who require a career and could be significantly more than pleased to function. I simply feel just like he's being sexist in his hiring. Not just that, but our associate supervisor is sluggish. She does nothing-when the SM isn't about aside from take a seat on her bottom and keep in touch with her family and friends about the telephone. She's been thought of getting cash. After I claim she does practically nothing, I'm not exagerating one bit. The store-manager continues to be educated and spoken to about her conduct many times, but hasn't faced her. WTF? I believe our shop is in desperate need of greater administration.
