Stingy pay, alot of work

I are a second change ICS/Unloader at shop in Everett WA, WalMart is very inexpensive and stingy on purchase thier affiliates compared to the job we do. Despite being probably the most intense work within the shop and also the proven fact that they keep introducing increasingly more duties and duties to the change the pay is worthless at-best only 40 dollars over minimal wedge. Additionally they've been screening new methods within our shop by which our change is accountable to accomplish extra duties and having people work quicker to sell the GM vans so we are able to aid 3rd change within the duties they're designed to complete.
Today I transferred from another shop plus they didnt have almost as numerous extra duties to be worried about, it had been unloading the trucks, getting the item towards the ground, separating, split packages, maby a carryout or two and clearing up after; in the place of Unloading trucks, zoneing divisions, combining color, carryouts, picks, container audits, container places, truck record, helping evening inventory, downstacking remix pallets, breakpacks, running apperal, clearing up and arranging the receiving region.
I believe that with increased bodily and psychological tension and obligation must come additional pay, asif the pay wasnt currently bad for that unique duties we're designed to have my shop keeps introducing increasingly more with no escalation in pay. I wouldnt reccomend operating like a 2nd change ICS/Unloader if you don't wish to invest your first 3-6 hours (much more during vacations) sweating, rotating, acheing and bending while unloading 1400-2700 peice vans, taking pallets as much as 2665lbs with shitty half damaged jacks while Management rests there shouting QUICKER! Quicker! Simply to have loads more shit to-do after your primary goal is total. All for half-assed pay.
