He constantly degrades his workers using the greatest return rate I've ever seen. He withholds pay and causes his workers to function numerous hours without additional payment. This will be examined quickly. He also constantly loads on more work with his supervisors without extra payment. He withholds annual profit-sharing bonuses on the wish and certainly will fire a worker for taking a look at him the wrong manner.

This person is just a genuine peice of function and that I am surprised every day he's permitted to proceed to complete business and handle his workers as he does.
