Managing employees unfairly

I'm a present wendys worker and that I genuinely believe that a number of our workers are now being treated unfairly... To begin with, me. I had been tld to piece tomatoes one-night at about 830 pm for that next day and that I wasnt actually properly requested she simply explained I'd to and that I was in the centre to do other activities and so I informed her that i wasnt likely to for them since I had been in the centre to do factors night-shift is meant to complete and that I didnt experience it had been correct for me personally to possess to complete day teams work after I wasnt day team therefore my supervisor delivered me home. 2 times later i called out since I'm pregnant and was having stomach problems and had a need to visit a document so she cut my hours for that next 14 days... After I told the supervisor above her she simply decided and stated I ought to have paid attention to my supervisor on change... Then next twice i worked n// the supervisor who delivered me house she built remarks abut how she'd make me piece tomatoes one-night... And so I asked her for corporates quantity and he or she explained she don't give it in my experience since she'll enter difficulty which informs me it's against plan to piece tomatoes the night time before why am i being penelized for not doing something which I'm not designed to do within the first-place...

Thats me but there's also a woman i use who gets 5 hours per week but wishes more plus they inform her you will find way too many people workin to provide her more hours however they employ new workers! She's currently being informed she doesnt get her hours since she doesnt do gher work right (no body actually educated her precisely to provide her an opportunity) so then she got more hours next weekend they offered her 4-to near and 5 to shut this weekend she requested a fellow worker if she might consider her change the supervisor on change okay'd it but the moment the supervisor who creates routine discovered she got among next months times absent
