Tired of my supervisor!

I simply I do want to create my criticism COMMUNITY i transfer this past year from washignton dc to houston and that I begin to work-in another jc penney below my previous boss quit since she'd large issues with the associate supervisor since he is an ideal idiot... Because she quit anything alter!!! In under 8 weeks I've 8 write-UPS warnings after I have'nt done something the brand new boss doesnt understand what sheis performing she does'nt understand how to handle her affiliates and im feeling that sheis improper. SHE IS REALLY!!! I talked using the store-manager and HE NEVER PAYS ATTENTION ON ME! IM TIRED OF THIS SITUATION AND THAT I DON'T KNOW HOW TO PROCEED i been for 5 years within the organization which may be the very first time that something similar to that occurs in my experience...
