I had been informed after I requested a inline in January that I'd get a $20 refund check (that we never got simply because they allegedly delivered it to my mail). Since January they've been getting me $9.95 / month for 4 weeks now. I named them & stated I never obtained my refund & I WOn't spend the regular costs.
