The dog owner, will not spend me for instruction since I decided not to work-there. We reside in the right to function condition, meaning either party may end work at any cause anytime. Nothing was mentioned beforehand about non payment if instruction was not finished. I sent her wondering about cost, and he or she flat-out declined to pay for me, since I did not made a decision to work-there.
