Terrible experience

I work the graveyard shift there in what is called the backroom! I take down and carry up a tall ladder heavy boxes, while the other half of logistics stuff the shelfs out on the sales floor! The controls for the air conditioner are located in another state! We are in the valley in California, where it can be sometimes 105 degrees here! I have rashes on my skin caused by sweat and excema. I have never had jock itch before until last summer. This is more than inhumane! Mabey along with the low pay they could turn on the AC?!?? I hope this gets to the right persons eyes and attention!!!
