Took my money from my account and I did not autorize it/TWICE

I left the web site when I saw how much it was going to cost and the person I was looking for was not found. I just looked a my bank statement and they have taken money out of my account that I did not authorize. To make matters worse they did it two days in a row and never sent a email they where doing this cause if they had I would have called my bank sooner. I tried calling the company and the person I talked to just keep giving me the round around. I am 66yrs old in a wheelchair living on social security and need the money they took from my account. DO NOT use this web site unless you want to be ripped off. The money they took could have bought my heart medication. I hope they can sleep at night... I will not be able to since I have to worry how I am going to pay for my heart medication.
