Tang Dynasty Handcrafted Noodle House
This restaurant rips off my health to earn dirty money

I want to lodge a complaint against Tang Dynasty Handcrafted Noodle House (located at 514 West Broadway, Vancouver, BC, V5Z 1E9, Ph: 604-5582577) whose chef put some harmful substances to my dishes to cause me pre-diabetes.

I was a regular customer there since Mar not means their food is delicious but cheap price. However on Sep/20 2:20pm, I finished my dish named Lamb Brisket with Bean Curb on Rice, and then I went to my doctor for appointment. About 3:20pm, my doctor (Robert M. Mase, 301-1160 Burrart St, Vancouver, Ph: 604-6813501) used his meter to test my sugar level. The reading was: 9.9. At the time, I guessed why my sugar level was so high because I had white rice. Ok, on Oct/11, I had another dish named Vegetarian Noodle Soup at this restaurant and I finished it about 2:30pm. At 4:30pm, I used my meter to test again, the reading was 9.9 (before meal the reading was 5.1).

To be reasonable, I used my meter to test whether my sugar level was from white rice or noodle. Therefore, I went to different restaurants to test. First, I went to Menya Noodle House (located at Broadway @ Yukon St) to have lunch with similar dish named Mixed noodle (vegetable, shrimp, beef etc). Lets see the reading: before meal: 5.6, after meal: 7.3; then I went to T&T at Chinatown to have lunch on Oct/15, the dish was: white rice plus beef and Tofu. Lets see the reading again: before meal: 5.4, after meal: 6.3. Now I know where my pre-diabetes came from. It was from this restaurant (one of restaurants).
