Out of Everything - absolutely the worst ive dealt with

This BKis close to my house, so it was often a first choice on the run; however, over the course of the last 3-4 months, the restaurant has drastically gone downhill. The employees are rude, the dining room is often dirty, and they fail to keep important ingredients in stock. Not just the little things - I am talking about burger buns, croissants, breakfast wraps, angry sauce, tomatoes, onion petals, and mini burger patties. I have called the manager on two occassions, only to have him make excuses for all of the above mentioned wrongs. On one specific visit, the location was out of onion petals and angry sauce. They did not inform me of this, but let me order an Angry Whopper. They proceeded to make the sandwich without 2 important ingredients and serve it to me. When I took the sandwich back up to the counter, I was met with sarcasm.initially the cashier refused to return my money. She finally did (with a calculator) and would not include the tax on the return. For a solid 5 minutes I attempted to explain basic math concepts to her to no avail.in the end, I left without a sandwich and the tax. When contacted, the manager made further excuses. Do not patronize this Burger King.
