Employee Sent Home Daily After Reporting Rude Coworkers

I have worked for McDonalds for three weeks in Perry FL the people I work with are very rude to our guest I went to the manager about it and since then I have been sent home everyday I have six kids and perry is not the best place to find a job. I don't no what to do I have worked in fast food places since I was 16 and have never seen a place ran like this in my while life Wow
