Popeyes will rip you off, they refuse to answer their phone or help you

I visited the Popeyes store in Hampton Va at 67 W. Mercury, on Oct 7. I ordered their special and some more. I usually dont open a box of chicken to count all the pieces while at the store (oops my bad, maybe I should have) after getting home I looked in the box and their was not enough to feed my family. I ordred the 11 piece and only got 7 pieces which included 3 legs, 3 wings, and 1 thigh, I called the store that night and no one ever answered the phone. I called the next day still no one answered. So on the 3rd day I went to the website to lodge a complaint I gave them all the information off my reciept so they would know I wasnt lying about my order, I also explained I would be home after 6pm for someone to contact me. I got a call on the next monday at 1:30pm from the manager of the store saying she would call me back that evening. Hmmm no call. So once again I called back no answer that night either, I called tuesday, wednesday not only during my lunch hour but when I got home still no answer. I tried again on Thursday and got a fast busy signal as if they had taken the phone off the hook. My final try was last night and yet still no answer. I am really mad why did I have to pay nearly 16.00 for 11 piece chicken dinner and 6 little hard biscuits. Maybe I should have gone to another place for that price.
After talking to co-workers who live in that area, they all said the same thing that Popeyes is Ghetto and will rip you off and the manager doesnt give a hoot about the customer only the money that they can rip you off. Poor business if you ask me. The manger of the store is FOSTER
