Arby's
Arby's sandwich contained hair - Arby's Beef and Chedda

I went to the food court Arby's on 10/22 at 3:30 pm at the Mall at Greece Ridge in Rochester, NY. I ordered two roast beef and cheddar sandwiches among other items. Immediately when I got in my car, I opened one of the sandwiches and found a long, blonde crimpy/curly strand of hair (I have long dark hair in a bun). After pulling it off I found another strand inside the bun. I had ordered $18 worth of food and wasn't able to touch any of it after that! I never complain to food service and I always overlook messy, missing, or unwanted added items, but the hair was sickening.
