HORRIBLE customer service

Well I ordered pies on mon for thanksgiving on thurs. Told the pies would be ready when we arrived on thursday. On thurs I called and they said yep they are ready when my boyfriend got there 20 mins later that werent ready. Was told we would have to wait because we took to long to get there so they sold them. One manager told me over the phone that if "i didnt lower my voice that he was going to hang up" which he did. Called back said put another manager on the phone or give me there corporate number. He put a female on the phone and she tells me that the first man wasnt rude to me and to "go get my pies from somewhere else". This happened in omaha ne but i will never eat at any village inn again
