I have to comment on the beef pot pies that are sold at the grocery stores. The proof-of-purchase number is O7123C1. The quality is HORRENDOUS, something I would have never expected from your company.

Recently I bought 2 of the 17 oz. Beef pot pies at our local Fry's grocery store. I bought them based on the fact that the quality of your restaurant meals has always been excellent.

In a nutshell, these SUCKED. I thought the quality of the first pie must have been a fluke. However, the second pie was just as atrocious.

My husband cooked both pies as directed, and in fact, baked them an additional 5 minutes, since the crusts never browned after the recommended baking time.
The bottom crust was still undercooked as well.in addition, the 17 oz. Pie, which theoretically serves 2, contained a total of 1 oz. Of meat, and 1/2 oz. Of vegetables. I know this because I weighed both components on a kitchen scale. This is not enough to even feed our 12 pound Dachshund, let alone 2 humans.
I am very disappointed in your product, and believe me, I will NEVER buy another Claim Jumper product again.
I expect to receive a response to this email. I would be very surprised if you have not already received other complaints about this product.
