Poor Management

I use to be an employee at IHOP ON. WARWICK BLVD NEWPORT NEWS VA and the management there is horrible. JOE one of the hiring managers is the most rudest person I have ever met. He is so disrespectful and mean. He does not care how he talks to you and he has a nasty attitude all around. When I say all the managers there are rude and disrespectful I mean all of them. Except for Mr. Robert. JOE of all people can be the worse. He does not know how to talk to people and he does whatever he wants. He takes smoke breaks at least 7 times a day. All he does is smoke and sit around. Joe is the type of person who will smile in your face and talk about you behind your back. I can not believe how rude he was to me. The whole staff needs to be replaced. Joe is the worse manager. He over counts on the drops he makes from the register and makes you feel bad for something he did. Joe is very very disrespectful.
