Delayed shipping and promised refund and did not deliver

Horrible Experience. Terrible cupcakes and Mr Tod himself promised refund 2x and did not deliver. He was late with delivery over a week and I had to followup several x just to ensure they were finally mailed and each time he had an excuse rather than a solution. Mr tod himself called me and promised a refund because of the continued delays etc and never did provide refund as promised.

I was disappointed because I like him on the Shark tank. Horrible Horrible experience and cupcakes are not worthy of price. Making your own is cheaper and certainly tastier! Shark tank awesome show. Mr Tod a major disappointment! At least he should do what he said he would do.
