Is a flop

I have eaten at the ihop on central and virginia in phnx. Your lucky to get what you order. The kitchen and the floor is filthy. You have to tell staff you want to be seated and you want to check out. Their was half full containers of butter on the floor under the counter in the kitchen which you can see through the door. Cockroaches love butter as we all know. The staff was all glassy eyed they looked to be tweeaking pretty good. They wandered around aimlessly. The manager has the greasiest looking hair you ever seen. One customer waiting for her food at the register had to tell the cashier about four times that people wanted to check out. Their were crums and used straws scatttered about on the floor. Is this the kind of place where they might put a booger in your food for kicks i wonder???
