Waiting for chicken

Went through the drive thru and ordered $25.00 worth of food.in the order was 2 chicken sandwiches. I got my drinks and was asked to pull up to wait for the chicken. After 10 minute wait the manager came out and said sorry but headquarters only allows them to make x amount ahead.By then the ice was melting, the milkshake was melting and so was I.
