A recent visit - Mc chicken burge

Hi i am a regular customer of Mcdonald. Recently i visited your site 2870 Eglinton Ave east Scarborough on 2nd August 09 morning around 3:40am. Guy name George at the Drive through took my order of Mc Chicken Combo and Crispy Chicken classic Combo and charged me $13.42. I did not check the order when they handed over. As I took out my burger it was a junior mc chicken burger which i did not order. I got out from the Car went back to the window with a pain in the back and ask the Manager tat its the wrong order. He sent me to the second window. I ask this guy george that i ordered Mc Chicken Combo and he said no you did not ordered Mc Chicken Combo where as even though i repeated twice both the combos. He told me straight in the face by saying no tat I lied to him. He send me back to the Manager and I asked him Again that Can i have Mc Chicken burger and he refunded the junior Chicken which is 0.64 cents and charged me 2.32 dollar for it. Its not about the money its about the inconvenience I had coming back from long day work and being said in the face that i lied is not acceptable. Sorry to say this was my last time at the Mc Donalds. If guys cant fullfil your 5 promise why to trust you guys. Thanks
