People begging for change

I was in the McDonald's store 7166 in Miami tonight and I don't understand how store management let beggars/vagrients come into the store and pester paying customers when they are eating with their families. The last thing customer wants is someone who smells coming by their table and asking for cash. I was also shocked that store management was using vulgar language "N" word when customer were waiting for service. Totally unacceptabe. It is also ridiculous that McDonald's website doesn't want/allow customer to give them direct feedback, they hire outside firm so they don't have to get criticism. As a stockholder I believe this to be shameful and will change my strategy about this company.
