Rude and unfriendly service - we ordered our meal, they take the money and then inform you they cannot complete your order. You wait while they serve everyone else, mcDrive included.

When the hamburger was ready, they had no chips, you wait again. When the chips are ready, the coke machine ran out... No apology, never a smile.

Last night my husband and I walked out, after being shouted at by the member of staff, whose only comment was "Its not my fault".
This is a frequent event, in France at this McDonald. Geneva over the border have no problem nor any of the various locations I have visited in the UK, from Bristol, to Worcester to London, or on the very busy south coast.

Something needs to be done, and a reply would be nice too.
