Rude Service - Salad

The McDonalds located @ 1275 N. Delany Road, Gurnee, IL. 60031 # 13837 has very Rude people. I ordered a Bacon Ranch Salad and got a Cesar Salad instead but of course did not call that day and complain.instead I went back the next day and ordered another salad along with the South West Salad and specifically asked at the order station for extra Ranch dressing. When I got to the pay window I let them know that I wanted to make sure I got what I ordered since the day before I received the wrong item. There was no apology or anything then after paying and moving on to the pick up window and I mentioned the same thing she just kept saying thank you and have a nice day. Where is the McDonalds that I used to work for?! Where being polite to the patron was part of the job. Smiling and saying thank you with enthusiasm was just how it is. Why is it when I go to McDonalds now I'm Lucky to get that smile or even a thank you and I am sorry to say said so you can understand it.
