Provided “We are so sorry - WOn't ever occur again” but it just happened again, “Your Wrong”, (actually provided a bill displaying the INFORMATIVE REALITY) & informed to return a later date to speak t/the supervisor.

The last. Workers giggling and snickering coldly for your experience. Why – since Hey…. WE ARE MCDONALD’S, there'll continually be a person behind ya.
