I'm an operator at Fall Creek in Branson, Mo 15 years back with Suntera. I accept all of the Preservation charge raise complains, our went from $300 to $1175 to get a one-bedroom. We would like out. That's my issue! We've a action and also have been informed by Stone we shall continually be accountable & our kids within our property for that maintenace cost. 2 yrs before we decided to update in the week towards the factors program for $4000. This simply improve our charge and incredibly difficult to industry. We now have been informed we have to UPDATE again towards the Confidence for the money. NO we would like out. Please help me work out how. I've approached An Agent in Branson. They'll move our action to some Company for $3000. May we trust them? Please support we would like to provide it back and we can not do this.
