WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER - customer service

I visited subway today in Trinidad @Price Plaza branch, at my lunch break, with limited time for lunch, after placing my order I was ask if I was paying with a $100 bill, I replied yes. The cashier said that she didn't have any change. I asked her if I should go KFC and she replied YES. I told then that I'll have to cancel my order left. This is not the first time that this has happened but I think that it should be the last. Is it a shop they are running there or an internation restaurant?
