Today 9/2 my boyfriend and I visited the Subway in South Boston VA. The lady that waited on us was rude and acted like we were bothering her. We ordered 2- 6" meal deals and 3 cookies and when she told us the amount due it sounded kinda high and we asked if she was sure that was the correct amount. She very rudely said yes that is the correct amount. After paying and asking for the receipt we sat down to eat and looked over the bill. She charged us for an extra 6" sub. We went back up to the cash register to show her and she would not speak to us or even look at us. She took the receipt out of our hand and refunded the extra money. That will be the last time I visit that Subway. I work hard for my money and I refuse to spend it where the employees treat you badly.
