My wife and I have started to get refusals for the Sr. Discount at several of your stores. One in temecula Ca., and another on 22nd in Banning Ca.

Both places refused to give us a Sr. Discount. Would you please let us know why we are now being refused?

We don't have this problem at the Riverside store we frequent. I'd not like to stop going to the other stores that no longer give us the discounts.

Deliberately did not honor the coupons given through the store catalog as incentive to shop. They said they have discounts in their store so they don't accept them. I found this to be false advertisement to get me to go shopping at that particular store
