Acandystore.com They cancel my order and never told me and they don't answer their phone or email

I placed an order with "a candy store" on the internet, and a few hours later I received an email stating that they had shipped the order. A couple of days after that I went to check the tracking info only to find out through UPS that they cancelled the order. They never once contacted me saying that they were cancelling the order, if I hadn't checked the tracking I would have been waiting a very long time.

I then tried to call them numerous times (at least 30 times) and I also emailed them, as this was an important order I needed. It seems very odd that on a Monday and it not being a holiday that no one answers their customer service line. At 5:20 pm on Monday I finally received a call from Ginger who works their and she was very rude. She had no idea what was going on or why they cancelled the order. She just kept guessing at why they would. She never once apologized or tried to find a solution to the problem. At one point she even asked, "so if we do find the product do you even still want it?" I said that I did and she said it probably wouldn't be possible anyway. I have never dealt with someone as rude as she was.

I just want what I ordered, and any good company would have done whatever they could to make sure the customer got what they ordered—especially in these economic times. Now I will just have to do everything I can to make sure other customers don't go through the same thing.By the way how hard is it to answer a phone???
